	Guarantee Tanaval flowershop guarantees that all order are professionally processed: all flowers and plants are delivered fresh and in impeccable condition. In the event of a justified claim the consignment can be returned to the florist within 24 hours for immediate replacement.
	Remarks Please provide a complete address with a telephone number for all deliveries- The address of the recipient MUST contain the phone number, otherwise no delivery guaranteed.
